NESS CITY ? He was born Nov. 27, 1951, in Dodge City, the son of Hollis and Shirley (Louser) Mauch. He was a lifetime resident of Ness County.

Mr. Mauch was a farmer and stockman.

He married Kathy Rein on June 10, 1972, in Bazine. They later divorced. She survives of Ness City.

Other survivors include a son, Ryan, Lawrence; two daughters, Valerie Erickson, Aurora, Neb., and Jessica Mauch, Wichita; his mother, Ness City; a sister, Cynthia Ummel, Solomon; and a granddaughter.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.
