Boston ? Jurors failed to reach a verdict Thursday in the case of three men accused of attacking Boston Celtics standout and Kansas University product Paul Pierce in a nightclub two years ago.

Judge Charles Spurlock sent jurors home and instructed them to return this morning to resume their deliberations.

William Ragland, Anthony Hurston and Trevor Watson are on trial for armed assault with intent to murder for the attack.
