Anna Grace Copp

She was born Sept. 3, 1915, in Lawrence, the daughter of John Joseph and Fannie Mae (Godfrey) Holladay.

Mrs. Copp was a homemaker.

She married Melvin A. Copp on Aug. 17, 1935. He died earlier.

Survivors include four daughters, Vivian Ryan, Sandra Mock, and Linda Buckner, all of Lawrence, and Charlotte Vick, Dardanelle, Ark.; six sons, Melvin Copp, Marvin Copp, Ronnie Copp, Larry Copp and Richard Copp, all of Lawrence, and Guy Copp, Topeka; three brothers, Walter Holladay, Kansas City, Mo., and John E. Holladay and Leonard Holladay, both of Lawrence; a sister, Edna Kessinger, Lansing; 26 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A son, Gary Copp, died earlier.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice Care of Douglas County, sent in care of the mortuary.
