He was born June 3, 1960, in Lawrence, the son of Vernon F. and Virginia R. (Brown) Little. He attended Grant School and South Junior High School, and he graduated from Lawrence High School in 1979.

He worked for H.Z. Smith Motors before being employed at Machine Shop Performance, where he was a shop foreman for 22 years.

He married Annette M. Hull on June 27, 2002, in Lawrence. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Little, Lawrence; a son, Dustin, Lawrence; his mother, Lawrence; three sisters, Naoma McElroy, Bonnye Little-Hadl and Kimberlye Halderman, all of Lawrence; and two brothers, Doc and Dorse, both of Lawrence.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
