Decker services

Clinton :quot; Graveside services for Alma Marie Decker, 88, Overbrook, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Clinton Cemetery.

Mrs. Decker died Friday, Nov. 8, 2002, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 24, 1913, in Perryville, Mo., the daughter of William T. and Anna (Hanson) Ketcherside. She graduated from Highland Park High School in Topeka and Clarks Business School. She moved in 1964 to Lawrence, where she lived until moving a year ago to Overbrook.

Mrs. Decker worked for Adam Brothers Printing in Topeka for many years. She retired from Sears in Topeka as a bookkeeper.

She married Charles Milton Decker. He died in 1957.

Survivors include three sons, Jim Decker, Eudora, Bob Decker, Topeka, and Tom Decker, Emporia; a daughter, Bonnie Anderson, Overbrook; two sisters, Goldie Mcphail, Overbrook, and Frieda Clem, Glendale, Ariz.; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.

The family suggests memorials to the Alma Decker Memorial Fund, sent in care of the funeral home.
