In next week’s 18 & Under page, the Journal-World will list five names as finalists for the new 18 & Under page. From all of the entries submitted, the Journal-World Teen Advisory Board voted on its favorites to narrow down our list of contenders. You will be able to submit one vote via e-mail or snail mail.
