Perry ? He was born Feb. 28, 1919, in Parnell, Mo., the son of Emory James and Clara Gertrude (Echterling) Dixon. He moved to Oskaloosa in 1983 from the Kansas City area.

Mr. Dixon was a shipping clerk for Lab Con Co. in Kansas City, Mo. He retired in 1983 after 38 years of service.

He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.

Survivors include a brother, Hershal, Oskaloosa, and a sister, Elnora Dixon, Winchester.

The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, where a parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. today.
