Huskers shuffle rotation

? Nebraska sophomore pitcher Aaron Marsden will start for the Cornhuskers on Wednesday when they open the Big 12 tournament against Baylor.

No. 1 starter Shane Komine told coach Dave Van Horn on Monday that the elbow tendinitis that kept him out for five weeks flared up, so the left-handed Marsden will pitch in the opening round.

Marsden (7-1) stepped in to the No. 1 spot and pitched well when Komine was injured. Marsden has an ERA of 1.46.

Komine, whose back also was sore, said Monday he is planning on starting the Huskers’ second game of the tournament.
