This week, “Home and Away” will inspire even the most accomplished green thumbs with “The Best Back Yards and Gardens from 2001.” The show, hosted by Cathy Hamilton, right, will highlight the most impressive summer landscapes featured on the show last season and solicit viewers’ suggestions for gardens to showcase this year.

This, plus the Sunrise Garden Tip of the Week plants that do well in hot weather and the Triple A Travel Destination of the Week.

A new show airs at 6:30 p.m. each Monday on Sunflower Broadband Channel 6 and repeats at 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The show also is broadcast at 9 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 9 a.m. Sunday.
