She was born Nov. 25, 1922, in Montgomery County, Mo., the daughter of William and Clara (Heebner) Barnes.

Mrs. Keith had retired from Jones Store after 28 years. She was a member of Village Presbyterian Church, Prairie Village, Kan.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin Lee Keith and William Keith, both of Hawaii; two brothers, David Barnes and Robert Barnes, both of Williamsburg, Mo.; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson.

Mililani (Hawaii) Memorial Park and Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
