Norma F. Powell

? She was born Sept. 24, 1933, in Platte City, Neb., the daughter of Clinton “Pete” and Frances (Oshel) Trout.

Mrs. Powell worked as an electronic technician for the state of Kansas.

She married Lloyd Powell on Dec. 23, 1988, in Topeka. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Juanita Dixon, Clayton, Idaho, and Deborah Wilson, Logan, Iowa; two sons, Frank Berglund, Meriden, and John Eric Berglund, Lawrence; one brother, Jim Trout, Iowa Hills, Calif.; three sisters, Martha Pearl Hyfield, Ozark, Ark., Judy Ann Rowden, Olathe, and Carol Ruth Armburst; one stepson, Frederick Powell, Kansas City, Mo.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A brother, Clinton Trout Jr., died earlier.

Friends may call from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 22 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary, where the family will greet friends.
