The United Way of Douglas County is $50,000 richer, thanks to the efforts behind this year’s Rock Chalk Revue at Kansas University.

Also announced were various winners of competitions at the revue:

 Best Show: “Two-Ply Alliance,” Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

 Best Actress: Ingrid Gerdes, Chi Omega sorority, “Rock Chalk Revue: Scandal on a Stage.”

 Best Actor: Matthew Allen, Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, “Two-Ply Alliance.”

 Best Supporting Actor: Tom Davis, Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, “Two-Ply Alliance.”

 Best Supporting Actress: Sara Baumgartner, Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, “Two-Ply Alliance.”

 Best Original Song: “Innocent,” from “Doin’ Time,” Kappa Kappa Gamma and Pi Beta Phi sororities.

 Best Use of Costume: “Days of Our Hives,” Beta Theta Pi fraternity and Delta Gamma sorority.

 Best Set: “Days of Our Hives,” Beta Theta Pi fraternity and Delta Gamma sorority.

 Best Production Number: “Cut Loose” from “Two-Ply Alliance,” Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.
