She was born Nov. 30, 1934, in Springfield, Mo., the daughter of Dean R. and Mary Jane (Dann) Mitchell.

Mrs. Parker had worked as a claims adjuster for Continental Insurance Co. until her retirement.

She was a member of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include a daughter, Kenna Diane Routh, Baldwin; a son, Ralph B. Parker, Garnett; her father and a stepmother, Jane Mitchell, Overland Park; and five grandchildren.
