Playboy seeks models for conference issue

Playboy magazine is looking for Kansas University students to feature in an upcoming feature on the “Women of the Big 12 Conference.”

The feature will run in the magazine’s October 2002 issue, which will reach newsstands Aug. 26.

Modeling candidates must be at least 18 years old and registered as full- or part-time students at a Big 12 university. To be considered, students must submit a recent full-figure photo in a two-piece swimsuit and a head-and-shoulders portrait to the Playboy headquarters in Chicago at Playboy Magazine, Women of the Big 12 Conference, 680 North Lake Shore Drive, Chicago 60611, or by e-mail at collegegirls@playboy.com. Menninger reinstates eating disorder program

Menninger Clinic has reopened its Eating Disorders Program under the direction of a new team of experts. The program will enable Menninger to respond to the growing need for treatment.

The team includes director Ed Bloch, medical director Norma Clarke, primary clinician Jena Leuenberger and program dietician Staci Hendrickson.
