Bishop Seabury scores high on language tests
Two students at Bishop Seabury Academy in Lawrence scored in the top 10 in Kansas on a national French exam.
Keshia Davis placed seventh on the French IV test and Matt Pottorff placed sixth on the French I exam administered by the American Association of Teachers of French.
Students at the private Episcopal junior high and high school also took a national Latin exam sponsored by the American Classical League.
One student, eighth-grader Paul Biretta, had a perfect score on the multiple choice test of grammar, mythology and history.
