She was born Dec. 24, 1898, in Coffeyville, the daughter of Richard D. and Lula (Self) Bailey.

Mrs. Clark was a homemaker. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Lawrence, and had been a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Coffeyville.

She married Hugh W. Clark on Dec. 15, 1923, in Kansas City, Mo. He died in 1959.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Kay Jackson, Rochester, N.Y.; four grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. June 23 at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Edgewood Chapel, Coffeyville.

The family suggests memorials to First Southern Baptist Church, Lawrence.
