Memorial services for Ruth Elizabeth Lawrence, 56, Lawrence, will be at a later date. She was cremated.
She died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at LakeView Manor, Lawrence.
Miss Lawrence moved in 1991 to Lawrence from Topeka.
She was born Sept. 2, 1945, in Concordia, the daughter of Lloyd and Louise (Collins) Lawrence.
Miss Lawrence worked in the recycling and horticulture department with Community Living Opportunities, Lawrence.
Survivors include her guardian, Denise Gibson, Lawrence.
The family suggests memorials to Special Olympics, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, which is
handling arrangements
