College to help children with sales at ‘Skins camp

? Five children who were kicked out of the Washington Redskins practice area for selling drinks and cookies to fans are now getting some help with their enterprise.

Dickinson College will help the youths sell cookies at a site next to the college’s concession stand. The cookies will be made in the college’s state-licensed kitchen.

“We wanted to make sure that these youngsters had the chance to hone their budding business skills,” Nick Stamos, vice president for campus operations, said Friday.

College officials kicked the children out because they were worried that the school could be held liable if people got sick from the food being sold.
