If you’re looking for a neighborhood that’s fairly stable, you might consider the Sunset Hills neighborhood.

“The existing structures you see are going to stay, and most of the green space you see is probably going to stay,” said Paul Markham, the president of the Sunset Hills Neighborhood Assn.

However, there are some issues looming for the neighborhood that extends from Sixth Street to 15th Street and from Iowa Street to Kasold Drive. Among them is what could be done with the land in a nine-hole golf course that is up for sale.
