Dome-Hepford

Krista Dome and Thomas Hepford , both of Lawrence, were married Jan. 19, 2002, at Danforth Chapel in Lawrence with Pastor Jeff Lilley officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Ralph and Catherine Dome, Rush County. The groom is the son of Charles Hepford, Topeka, and Marie Hepford, Mission.

Maid of honor was Lauren Hermann. Best man was Todd Han.

The bride is a graduate of Rogers High School, Fayetteville, Ark., and Fort Hays State University. She is employed as an independent designer and photographer.

The groom is a graduate of Topeka West High School and Emporia State University. He is employed as an accountant for RMC, Lawrence.

The couple reside in Lawrence.

Yewell-Jones

Amy Yewell, Lawrence, and Scott Jones, Batavia, N.Y., were married Oct. 20, 2001, at the Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, Calif., with Andrea Golan officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Charles Yewell, Maui, Hawaii, and Andrea Yewell, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Philip Jones, Highland, N.J., and Barbara Jones, Costa Mesa, Calif.

Maid of honor was Nancy Racunas. Matron of honor was Hollie Hill.

Best men were Tal Golan and Adam Jones.

Asea Hill and Alyx Golan were flower girls. Barbie Galbreath and Joshua Grapski were readers.

A reception followed at the Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, Calif.

The bride is a 1989 graduate of Lawrence High School and a 1993 graduate of Kansas University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She recently worked as a human resources director for Exodus Communications. She is pursuing a career as a yoga instructor.

The groom is a 1993 graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a degree in natural resource management. He is a sales engineer of iSpheres.

The couple plans to take a honeymoon trip in May to Bali, Indonesia.

The couple reside in Mill Valley, Calif.
