Lawrence-Douglas County five-acre exemption rule

(b) A division of a tract of land for residential purposes located outside the Urban Growth Area of Lawrence and within the unincorporated area of Douglas
County, when such division does not include the creation of any new public streets, roads, or easements; provided, the division of a tract of land into more than
three lots, any one of which is less than five acres, shall not be exempt from these regulations.
