“Dream Variations: area artists interpret the writings of Langston Hughes” will be on display at the Lawrence Arts Center at 200 W. Ninth, from Feb. 1 through March 10.

The exhibit features new work, inspired by the writings of Langston Hughes, created especially for the show. More than 30 artists participated in the creation of work for the event.
