Extra caution
This is a statistical fact. This is roughly equivalent, in terms of the cost of human lives, to one World Trade Center disaster every month for the entire year. Think about that. How many more years can go by before someone you know is affected by this tragedy? Please try to be considerate of other drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians. Feel free to slow down a little bit and leave a little space between yourself and the next person. The small price in time to you is certainly not worth more than someone’s life, maybe even your own.
