She was born Dec. 15, 1938, in Hubble, Neb., the daughter of Howard and Margaret (Evers) Icenogle. She graduated from Osage City High School. She lived in Topeka most of her life.

Mrs. Weibel was a self-employed artist. She was also a member of Oakland Methodist Church and National Tole Painters Assn.

She married Fred Weibel in 1956 in Lawrence. They later divorced.

Survivors include a son, Michael Weibel, Topeka; a daughter, Lucinda “Cindi” Smith, Lawrence; a brother, Jerry Icenogle; and three sisters, Sharilyn Koch, Beth Ball and Joyce Baird; and two grandchildren.
