She was born May 6, 1948, in Ottawa, the daughter of L. Duaine and Donalda Mae (Hobson) Lindholm, both of Baldwin. She lived in the Baldwin and Lawrence area all her life and graduated from Baldwin High School in 1966.

Mrs. Spurlock worked at Davol, Inc., and was a member of Worden United Methodist Church.

She married Lonnie Spurlock on March 28, 1970. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include her parents; two daughters, Vicki Mignot, Baldwin, and Jody Courtney, Ottawa; two sisters, Terrie Saunders and Connie Taylor, both of Baldwin; and four grandsons.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The family suggests memorials to Breast Cancer Research or Douglas County Visiting Nurses Assn., sent in care of the funeral home.
