The SuperTarget Pans Across America semitrailer featuring a 53-foot kitchen on wheels will be the centerpiece of cooking demonstrations at noon and 4:30 p.m. today in the SuperTarget parking lot, 3201 Iowa.

The mobile culinary facility is stopping in Lawrence as part of a 25,000-mile trip across the United States.

Jake Siedentop, the Pans Across America chef, will provide cooking demonstrations from the truck’s kitchen. Participants will get to sample dishes and take home recipes to try on their own.

The kitchen features a high-tech refrigerator, dual-convection ovens and a 24-inch griddle.
