What’s happening on a Monday night in downtown Lawrence? Typically, it’s the slowest time of the week. Add in that it’s the Monday after the Jayhawks are defeated in the Final Four tournament and you can expect it to be Deadsville.

But a band of advanced reporting students from Baker University found there was plenty to write about: buffalo wings, The Hurricane Show, the price of video rentals, students studying at Borders and Thursday fans in line outside The Bottleneck.
