Is it difficult to eat a healthy diet? No, if you're motivated to do so. Yes, if you're not.
Not hard at all, but getting more expensive every day.
The thing is that at this point I have heard so much about health and nutrition that I just tune it out. It is now boring.
My bicycle is my primary means of transportation. Makes it easier to get exercise. Eating right takes a little more work.
Think Green Vibrance for a hefty supplement
Think whole food multi-vitamins for an additional supplement
Supplements can never replace the produce aisle...
Drink plenty of water
Think Rolling Prairie Cookbook by Nancy O'Connor
Think Central Soyfoods as a gluten free heart healthy alternative to meat
Think local products from some grocery stores and the farmers market/ Cottin's Hardware on Thursday.
Try walking 10,000 steps a day = easier than one thinks for those who can. Try biking the equivalent.
If any of us desire to keep walking in our golden ages we need to keep moving now. Try looking at all of the above as a fun episode in our lives and be thankful many of us can do any of the above.
