On How do you make healthier choices when eating out?

I have a smoke or two while I think about wanting extra cheese, pepperoni, sauage, ham and cheese sticks on my XXXL pizza or just extra cheese, pepperoni, sauage and cheese sticks, but I do order a super tall diet cola when ordering KFC's Double Down....My chins love it when I do us right

To me eating out is a treat so I want what tastes good and a lot of it. I don't want to pay a lot of money for tiny portions. If there is some left, I will take it home. I also want a great desert.

If you eat out on a regular basis then I don't know what to say, except to wonder how you have that much money to spend on something like this. It seems to me that just one meal at a good restaurant would buy a weeks worth of groceries if you plan it well.

I opt for the single baconator instead of the triple.

Avoid the chips at Tex Mex, avoid the bread sticks in Italian, avoid appetizers, avoid the sauces cause they are loaded. Get Ice Tea. Try to stick to meat and veggies. In other words, sort of like Did-I-say-that said and avoid all the fun stuff.

Unless your are bulking AND it is a cheat day then you can eat some more, but in reality you cannot go out to eat if you trying to trim fat off your body…..

First rule: If it tastes good, then spit it out.
