Hello and welcome to this LJWOrld.com Election 2010 chat with Jerry Malone. Jerry welcome.

Jerry Malone:

I am running because we need a reformation inj this country and the movement should originate from the Heart of the heart of America Kansas third district.

Moderator:

Jerry: What makes you a better choice that your fellow Republicans.

Jerry Malone:

I am a retired business man with a lot of international experience. I am a skilled negotiator . I will look after the needs of our district and I will contribute at a high level in reforming the congress to better serve the people. I have the courage to stand against the relativism of our day and the foggy thinking which ensues. I cna articulate the need for recognizing objective truth over the subjective morality which engulfs us.

ChristineMetz:

If elected, what would be your top three priorities once you arrived in Washington?

Jerry Malone:

Have dinner with nancy Pelossi and speak of many things.

Find the like minded people who will form the core of our movement.
Begin to push, pull ,drag people in the direction of Renewing and restoring the country.

gdiepenb:

What are the most important issues facing the U.S. in Afghanistan? How would you work to confront these issues if elected?

Jerry Malone:

Securing the peace and promoting economic development as well as rooting out the Terrorists. At least I understand unlike Obama that you don't give the enemy an intended withdrawal.

bwilson:

What makes Kansas suited for developing a Bioscience Corridor with facilities like the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility planned in Manhattan?

Jerry Malone:

The excellence of the University in the corridor., The exsistence of the major Vet pharma production in the area and the strength and ingenuity of the people of Kansas. You have a strong advocate for this initiative if I am elected.

Moderator:

What convinced you that now was the time for you to enter the political arena?

Jerry Malone:

I .am very pro family. My youngest goes to college this Fall so I am free to contribute my time back to my country which I love deeply. I also believe that the leading candidate Yoder is not the right person to send to Washington. My values reflect the values of the constituents in the district and I will be a more effective influencer and persuader due to my experience

bwilson:

What specific steps, if any, do you think Congress should make regarding marriage and the raising of children?

Jerry Malone:

Congress should find ways to enhance reward and incentivize marriage and family life. More tax credits for children might be one avenue.
The anti-marriage and the redefinition of marriage is a result of cloudy thinking and is being given to much play on the national scene.

Moderator:

What incentives for marriage would you like to see submitted?

Jerry Malone:

challenge congress and the american people to look beyond their own self indulgence . Challenge people to renew their efforts to secure the blesiings of liberty for themselves and their posterity.

jrk:

What's the most important thing voters should know about you, as a candidate and the most important thing people should know about you, as a person?

Jerry Malone:

I am a 4th generation Kansan with a chemistry degree and MBA. I offer the third district the oppurtunity to elect a congressman with a lifetime of business experience to apply to solving the future challenges. believe in objective truthe. Generations come and go but the truth remains.

Moderator:

What is your position on Wall Street regulation?

Jerry Malone:

Technology got ahead of the regulators and in part created the events of 2008. I also wonder about economic terrorism and how deeply we are investigating this. We need to do something with regulation of Wall street but to be effective we need to some how invite them into the process. Eventually something akin to a Sarbanes -Oxley for wall street is likely needed.

Moderator:

That looks like all the questions we have for today. Jerry, do you have anything else you want to tell the voters?

Jerry Malone:

Questioners and all other attendees I need your vote on August 3rd. Give me a shot. We need to inject a different kind of remedy into the system. I want to be the beginning of this movement. You can grade my performance in two years at the next election. Also if you elect me I promise a campaign agaist Stephanie Moore on the battlefield of Truth and Reason and I will win. Please gather your friends and come to the Polls to vote Malone. If your a Douglas county voter forget Yoder . Vote MALONE
