Earthjustice praises Sebelius over coal plant decisions

Earthjustice recently praised Gov. Kathleen Sebelius because of her opposition to two coal-burning plants in southwest Kansas.

Last week in Denver, Sebelius spoke to the non-profit public interest group. A video of her remarks and other comments from top environmentalists and Colorado state officials is available at MYSpace.com

Earthjustice, whose motto is "Because the earth needs a good lawyer" was formed in 1971 as the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund, and changed its name in 1997.
