The death of a 34-year-old man found dead Monday at the former Yello Sub restaurant has been ruled an accident.Police said today Justin Emmons died of a “severe laceration to his right leg caused by contact with glass from a broken window at the location where he was found.”Emmons’ body was discovered about 6 a.m. Monday at the former restaurant, 624 W. 12th St., the site of a party Sunday night.The party, which the business owners say wasn’t authorized, marked the end of the Yello Sub at that site, which is slated for a hotel and commercial project.
