KU Journalism professor David Perlmutter, author of Blog Wars and associate journalism dean for graduate studies, appeared on Jon Stewart's "Daily Show" Thursday night.

While admitting his book "because it's about the Internet is already obsolete," Perlmutter also discussed the rise of political blogging and the way it's impacted politics.
