Today, with much excitement, we begin to raise awareness for our annual United Way Employee Campaign at The World Company.

Every year we are known for setting a pace in the community and giving a great deal in volunteer hours and donations to help 24 non-profit agencies in Douglas County. Our assistance helps these agencies to fund vital programs, provide materials to clients and oftentimes, just keep the bills paid so they can continue to do great work.

As the 2009 campaign theme brings us together, it also acknowledges those who live the United Way mission to give, advocate or volunteer–we LIVE UNITED.

Join us as we embark on our company campaign, running from August 24-28. Find posters, fliers and event calendars around the company to learn about opportunities for donating time and money. Bid on fabulous and unique items found in the silent auction and follow our new blog, Making a World of Difference, for a variety of information on the Employee Campaign, facts on United Way agencies and even some of our company’s own, LIVE UNITED stories.
