Veritas Christian’s boys basketball team had a five-point lead at halftime Tuesday, but lost, 66-54, to Topeka Cornerstone at Perry-Lecompton High.

Quinton Donohoe scored a team-high 15 points and Tucker Flory added 10 points and eight rebounds. The Eagles dropped their record to 9-9.
