What were you doing when scouted? Just took our children to perform in the “[Kansas] Nutcracker” at the Arts Center.

Describe your style: I like texture, stretchiness and comfort. I like it to be fun. I like clothes that I can move around in and look cute.

Fashion trends you love: I love high-waisted jeggings. I own three pairs. I love the stretchiness!

Fashion trends you hate: I don’t think there’s much that I hate. I’m not a huge fan of moustaches… maybe just on my husband. But I really love it all. As soon as you say you don’t like something, the next day you may want to wear it.

Fashion influences: I love to look at magazines, window-shopping and the way kids put things together because they don’t prejudge themselves. They’re so original and not really filtered. I also really like older women who dress well.

What would you like to see more or less of in Lawrence? More evergreens! Less sidewalks that are not in good shape or maintained.
