Reaney seventh in NCAA 200 IM

? Lawrence native and Notre Dame junior Emma Reaney placed seventh in the 200 IM on Thursday at the NCAA swim championships.

Reaney finished fourth in prelims with a time of 1:55.01, but fell to seventh in finals, clocking in at 1:56.15. The Lawrence High graduate also swam the second leg of Notre Dame’s 400 medley relay, helping the Irish place 22nd.

Kansas sophomore Chelsie Miller also competed in the 200 IM. Miller placed 44th overall with a time of 1:59.75.
