Jessica Ferguson scored two goals and Tanna Fanshier added one to lead Free State past Topeka High, 3-0, in high school girls soccer Friday night at FSHS.

Maddie Dieker, Lexi Brady and Hanna Heline had assists for the Firebirds, and goalkeeper Annie Hierl recorded the shutout.

“We shared the ball well tonight,” Free State coach Kelly Barah said. “We’re not relying on one person.”

The Firebirds (6-3) will host Olathe North on Tuesday.
