KU falls to No. 14 in AP poll, No. 13 in coaches poll

The Kansas men’s basketball team fell nine spots to No. 14 in the latest Associated Press college basketball poll and eight spots to No. 13 in the USA Today coaches poll. Both rankings were released Monday.

In the AP poll, Kansas State is the highest-ranked Big 12 team, coming in at 10th. Oklahoma State is the only other league team in the poll (17th).

Indiana remaied at No. 1 with 26 first-place votes. Duke was second, followed by Miami (Fla.), Michigan and Gonzaga.

In the coaches poll, KSU is 11th, while Oklahoma State is 16th.

Duke is the No. 1 according to the coaches, followed by Indiana, Gonzaga, Miami (Fla.) and Michigan.
