Small-business center offers finance class
The KU Small Business Development Center will present a small-business financing seminar from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, 734 Vt., Suite 101.
The seminar teaches small-business owners how to use periodic financial statements such as cash flow, balance sheets and income statements to uncover hidden profit potential. The seminar cost is $25. Preregistration is encouraged.
