Free seminar at LMH to teach biofeedback
Lawrence Memorial Hospital will offer a free seminar to teach individuals a unique technique for lowering blood pressure.
Psychiatrist William Hale will host a session on biofeedback from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the hospital’s auditorium, 325 Maine.
Biofeedback may help individuals to lower high blood pressure by teaching ways to calm the body, mind and involuntary nervous system.
The seminar is free, but advance enrollment is requested. To enroll, contact LMH ConnectCare at 749-5800.
