Tyler Conway, Lawrence, has been promoted to Jayhawk File Express’ director of operations. He is responsible for the company’s information technology, growth of the imaging department, and overseeing operational infrastructure of systems and processes.

“One of our innovations is that we focus on information retrieval rather than storage,” Conway said. “Our customers need to be able to access their information quickly and safely. We can pull a file, scan the pages, and upload the images so the entire file can be sent anywhere in the world.”

Conway is a 2000 graduate of Osborne High School. He attended Kansas State University and Washburn University.

Conway also presented a talk on innovative digital solutions at the Sept. 24 O’Neil Strategic Partners annual conference in Newport Beach, Calif.
