As of Thursday’s close, wheat for December delivery rose 13 3/4 cents to $4.21 1/2 a bushel; December corn rose 8 1/4 cents to $2.57 1/4 a bushel; December oats rose 2 cents to $2.00 1/4 a bushel; November soybeans rose 8 3/4 cents to $5.58 a bushel.

October live cattle rose .70 cent to 89.75 cents a pound; October lean hogs fell .32 cent to 63.85 cents a pound.
