Houston ? The Kansas University men’s golf team finished fourth Tuesday at the 13-team All-American Intercollegiate tournament at Cypresswood Golf Club.

KU shot a final-round 294 for a three-day total of 877. Junior Gary Woodland paced the Jayhawks, finishing fourth with a 212.

“Gary played a solid tournament and I am happy to see that,” said KU coach Ross Randall. “I can see some light at the end of the tunnel for this team, so we just need to keep progressing.”

KU will return to action March 20-21 at the Ron Moore Classic in Goodyear, Ariz.
