Iowa City, Iowa ? Junior Tiffany Jeffers placed third in the Open Singles race to pace Kansas University’s entrants at the Head of the Iowa rowing event Sunday.

KU’s LlynnAnn Laugesen was fourth in Open Singles and Alexis Boston fifth.

Kansas also took second in the Open Four race, 10th in Novice Four and 11th in Novice Eight.

In the Lightweight Single, KU’s Elisheva Patterson was third and Ashley Broockerd fourth. Kansas took fifth in the Open Eight.
