Seabury Academy will play host to first-round Class 1A regional basketball games next Monday and Tuesday.

Seabury’s girls will battle Highland at 7 p.m. Monday and the Seahawk boys will clash with Wetmore at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Both games will be played at South Junior High because East Lawrence Center, Seabury’s temporary home this season, had prior commitments.

Seabury’s boys (6-9) are the No. 3 seed in the regional. Wetmore (6-13) is the sixth seed. If the Seahawks win, they will meet the winner of the Midway of Denton-Highland game at 6 p.m. Friday in Elwood.

Seabury’s girls (4-10) are the No. 4 seed; Highland (4-15) is fifth. The winner will travel Thursday to Elwood for a 6 p.m. game against top-seeded Bern.
