Carol Marie Nicolay

Mrs. Nicolay died Friday, Jan. 31, 2003, at Olathe Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 8, 1940, in Edgerton, the daughter of Clifford and Elsie (Hickson) Good. She graduated from Wellsville High School in 1958, received an undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University and a graduate degree from Webster University.

Mrs. Nicolay taught high school physical education and health for 34 years, 32 for the Olathe school district.

Survivors include three daughters, Kim Ross, Manhattan, Kristin Allred, Wellsville, and Ginger Nicolay, San Francisco; a son, Steven Nicolay, Tonganoxie, her mother, Wellsville; a brother, Larry Good, Olathe; and five grandchildren.
