New anti-Castro policy planned
Washington ? The Bush administration is putting the finishing touches on an even harsher policy against Fidel Castro’s communist regime.
In what the White House is billing as a major policy address on Monday, Cuban Independence Day, President Bush is expected to push his get-tough, anti-Castro rhetoric to new levels.
The president is likely to target three fronts: more support for Cuban dissidents; new efforts to avert the Cuban jamming of Radio and TV Marti; and increasing national security concerns.
