Jenna Sheldon-Sherman and Steve Munch were married on October 4, 2014, on the 5th Floor Terrace of the Oread Hotel in Lawrence, KS, with the Honorable D. Gregory Kays officiating. The bride is a graduate of Lawrence Free State High School, the University of Kansas, and Stanford Law School. She is the daughter of Jan Sheldon and James Sherman, Lawrence. The groom is a graduate of Bellevue East High School, the University of Kansas, and Northwestern University. He is the son of Joli and Mike Munch, Bellevue, Nebraska.
Maid of honor was Becca Sheldon-Sherman, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katy Anderson, Lindsey Bristow, Genevieve Brown, Kathleen Daughety, Gayle Denman, Mary Kate Haworth, Catherine Kelly,
Katie Panzica, Chandra Shenoy, and Lindsey Shirack, friends of the bride. Junior Bridesmaid was Mia Moline, niece of the bride. Flower girls were Lauren Anderson, Ming Moline, and Maria Munch, friends and nieces of the bride and groom. Best Man was Joe Munch, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Nick Ayre, Anton Bengtson, Jason Boots, Jeff Dunlap, and John Wilson, friends of the groom. Junior Groomsman was Mason Sherman, nephew of the bride. Ring bearers were Grant Britton and John Munch, nephews of the groom.
The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Cider Gallery. The couple honeymooned in Maui and Kauai and now resides in Kansas City. The bride is a litigation associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, and the groom is finishing his Ph.D./J.D. at Northwestern.
