Wamsley and Wamsley

Sarah Marlow, Lawrence, and Cody Wamsley, Wichita, were married June 6, 2009, at the bride’s grandparent’s house in Meadow Vista, Calif., with the Rev. Phyllis Stutzman officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Laura Marlow, Lawrence.
The groom is the son of Joan Wareing-Wamsley, Wichita, and the late Charles “Dwight” Wamsley.
Maid of honor was Annie Kettle. Best man was Tim Cushing. Bridesmaids were Alexa Calfee, Lynn Yoder, Kristin Flor and Melissa Gerlach. Groomsmen were Adam Gasper, Austin Waring, Ty Lightner and David Hilton. Ushers were Eric Marlow and Ryan Halsey. Halsey was also the photographer. Coordinator was Glen Stansberry. Reader was Chelsea Wamsley.
A reception was given at the Auburn Country Club in Auburn, Calif.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Lawrence High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2006 and a master’s degree in education in 2007, both from Kansas University. She is a second-grade teacher in Gilbert, Ariz.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Wichita Collegiate School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 2004 and a juris doctorate in 2008, both from KU. He is studying for a Master’s of Law degree in intellectual property law at George Washington University.
The couple reside in Mesa, Ariz.
